Sheet Spring

Sheet spring is made of hot rolled flat bar through many processes such as cutting, processing, forming, heat treatment and assembly and used in manufacturing automobile components and industrial machine.
Sheet spring is very varied in form depending upon the place of use and function and available from a simple sheet to bent, punched or form-processed complicated shape of product.
It is small in volume but processed in vary various forms and uses the action and characteristics of spring.
Thin sheet is more advantageous in using stress than thick sheet. It may become damaged due to scratch or error during process, so care should be paid in handling it.
