Residual stress in the material is removed through high frequency heat treatment(tempering) according to the depth of hardening. Mass production is being done through intensive material inspection for flaws and corrosions to secure necessary properties and constant structures.
Proper effective depth of hardening is maintained according to the size of shaft.
