Door Latch Endurance Tester

This machine was designed for testing durability of every automobile’s door latch and Striker when they are closed in speed of 1.5m/sec or ±0.2m/sec.

Speed controller for adjusting the door opening/closing velocity is operated in O/P box. Also, the frame of this tester with auto casters is definitely designed by the automobile’s actual door-based design. It has “Buffer Stopper” which was made based on 30kg of repulsive power when the doors are closed and reaction force is adjustable.

Door Latches and Striker mount`g base jig can be mixed and used with other car types.?oor hinge parts have enough durability.
When door latch products have?problems, the emergency stop is possible and also the display which shows error occurs. Actuator for opening and closing the doors has the function to protect from shock when it is closed.
