According to production process, waste water has many kinds of pollutant and it is known that changes in concentration is heavy. But if the same process, contaminants are regular because we know injected chemicals and we know injected chemicals, so it is possible to supply stable reusing-water(recycling water). Especially demanding place of using water and wast water have similar character, so reuse of water is advantage. Waste water is injected various chemical in treatment process. Therefore various units element technique must be mixed to produce stable reusing-water. 
First of all, you should secure demanding place to reuse waste-water and then, according to the purpose you must set each quality of water criteria in heavy water, cooling water, substitution water, process water, pure or super pure making equipment that can provide directly. When we use again, criteria of water quality definitely have to remove pollutant such as bad factors, corrosion, scale formation which can affect process equipment directly or indirectly. Criteria of water quality should be considered to prevent salt-enrichment caused by continuous circulation of reuse water. Criteria that can minimize the effects of biological contamination is required. 
Reverse Osmosis System This system is the method that we use the semi-transmission membrane and separate the pollution material(ex. low&high molecular material, ion material) of the waste water to use a reverse osmosis phenomenon. So, the effectiveness happens according to physical chemistry characteristic of the waste water and pressure.
R/O membrane`s area can remove a particle material which is the most small size under 10Å and an ion material.Electricity Dialysis method(ED/EDR) We use a positive ion membrane & a negative ion membrane which makes with an ion exchange resins regarding as the boundary. If we selectively pass the pollutant material which bites the electric charge, membrane which is near the positive polar make passing a positive ion and membrane which is near the negative polar only make passing a negative ion. Finally remove the ion material in the water.
